When Apple unveiled its whole new iPhone 12 lineup in recent October’s event it also came up with many new features and accessories. Other new features and accessories that Apple unveiled were 5G that it is next generation mobile network but what about the new feature MagSafe? Read the blog further to know more about it.

 

MagSafe is a new colourful lineup of quick attack accessories that lets you personalise your iPhone and also wirelessly charge it.


MagSafe charger is a wirelessly charging system that clips itself to iPhone 12 Mini, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max magnetically. Apple has designed the iPhone’s wireless charging system and has added a magnetic coil so that the wireless charger aligns itself perfectly and can increase the charging speed.


This MagSafe feature will also allow many new accessories to attach to iPhone 12 series magnetically. MagSafe feature in iPhone adds a magnetometer and single coil NFC reader with it. That it is helps charger and other accessories to align properly because of the magnet. Previously without a magnetometer, wireless chargers wasn’t perfectly aligned with the coil so it used to charge slowly but now with this feature you can enjoy fast and speedy charges.

 

There is MagSafe charger and MagSafe enabled wallets, cases, mounts etc in MagSafe accessories.


Apple has came up with MagSafe enabled Silicon and clear case. Apple also introduced a leather case which will cover the screen with a small window opening. When you insert this cover it will automatically detect and will turn on your clock which can be visible through the opening. Leather wallet is also introduced by Apple where you can keep your credit/debit cards or Apple Card in it.


There are many third party manufacturers like Belkin and other which are also developing the MagSafe supported accessories. Belkin came with MagSafe enabled 3 in 1 dock that can charge Apple iPhone, Apple Watch and Apple AirPods all together.

APPLE'S FOLDABLE IPHONE IS HERE!!!

APPLE ’S FOLDABLE DISPLAY Recently newly published Apple’s patent filing had reported that Apple is under process of developing a protective film layer to resist the foldable displays from cracking it up. This new protective paper will also protect it from scratches and dust which sticks between the folds while folding the phone.   The U S Patents and Trademark office filings, titled “Hybrid window/coverlay structures for flexible displays application,” outlined how flexible, curved and foldable displays module could be used as a protective hardcoat layer to prevent it from cracking.
